History Repeating Itself

I'm sitting here crying as I type this. Thirty-five years later this story is just as poignant:

Roger and Luella McInerny went to the cemetery at Fort Snelling on Thursday for an early Memorial Day get-together with family members: Parents, in-laws and their first-born child:

Roger Jr. Forever 19.

"I wonder what kind of a man he would be," says Luella. "Paul, his brother (a police officer in California), is just a year younger than Rog. So I look at Paul and I wonder if Rog would have looked like him. I always wonder. It's just always there."
