It includes a proposal to test all college students, just like their counterparts in elementary school and high school are tested. It is alread obvious that testing and "no child left behind" is leaving millions of children behind, so why in the world would they consider this for colleges and universities? Look at it this way, soon only the rich will be able to go to college, the middle class will be gone, and we will all be working for corporate bosses, with no say about our working conditions. Next thing you know, we will be the illegal border crossers. Of course, dumbing down our education system will help corporations because the population will be too stupid to rise up because they won't understand the constitution, democracy, or their rights as citizens.
