Bush vs Education

Dubya's Secretary of Education Margaret Spelling has assembled a commission to restructure the entire U.S. higher education system along pro-business lines. They want to create a federal registry to track all students' records from kindergarten on so they can 'track employment outcomes'.
Ms Spelling would also like to bring uniform testing into our colleges and universities as she did when she brought No Çhild Left Behind to our children.
