Unauthorized Autobiography of G.W. Bush

Destined for Destiny: The Unauthorized Autobiography of George W. Bush has recently been published. The book was written by Scott Dikkers, editor-in-chief of the Onion and Peter Hilleren, a former producer for public radio. I suspect this is a parody, although I understand Norm Ornstein does not, having written a serious denial in the National Journal. I can offer no link to the Journal article and have no proof of this denial.
Author Dikkers reports “It was an honor to work with the President on this project. He has been a hero and a role model of mine since Mission Accomplished Day.” Hilleren adds, “The President’s achievement of finishing this book with us is doubly impressive when you consider that he has never actually read one.”
Parody? Your guess is as good as mine.
