Watch the Lamont/Lieberman Race

A stockbroker friend sent me this website so I can watch political betting until November. He said that any number under 50 indicates a losing candidate, party or team. Lieberman is currently in the 20s. To see the Connecticut race, click on politics from the list on the left, then primary races and then the Lamont/Lieberman race.
I don't understand sports betting, but was told that this site always predicts the winner.
