Bush_sisters_nr First Daughter Barbara Bush had her purse and cell phone stolen as she had dinner in a restaurant in Buenos Aires, Argentina, even though she was being guarded by a detail of Secret Service agents, according to law enforcement reports made available to ABC News.
It was not the only mishap on the two-week trip to Argentina by Barbara (right) and her twin sister Jenna (left).
A Secret Service agent on the advance detail got into an 'altercation' with someone after a night out and was badly beaten, according to the law enforcement reports. The Secret Service said today the incident was an attempted mugging that occurred while the agent was on his own time. The agent is doing fine."
My comment....Oh boo hoo Now you know how the rest of us manage to exist without body guards. Funny, I have been overseas but never mugged. Perhaps I knew, from long experience, to never carry a purse. Duh! Even may daughters don't carry purses. Guess you wanted your several hundred dollar status symbol purse to stick out. Well it did, moron.

Yea! We can finally comment. What a great blog.
As I said earlier, we Dems can feel a little magnanimous toward our Right Wing brothers and sisters. You just keep stomping those little feet and saying nasty things. Surely, surely, surely there's still some of your other little friends out there who will say just what YOU want to hear! Run along now.
And of course LOVE ME SOME LIBS finds the lightest of the posts to respond to. Has no answer for the election results, no answer for the deepening debt, no answer for the descent into Iraq chaos. These are all the byproducts of the people he idolizes--you know, the ones who have been in power for the better part of a decade and have had every opportunity to fix.
You folks continue in this several-year tradition of being bloated with bravado, busting at the seams with catchy phrases...but then bankrupt of actual answers.
The adults have returned and will do everything we can to fix the Godwful mess you people have made. Your help would be most welcome. Your snipey little comments will be perceived for precisely what they are.

I would make fun of any stupid rich girl that lost her megadollar purse, Democrat or Republican.
I taught my daughters better than this. Never, ever leave your purse unattended, even if it only cost $25. Better yet, never put it on the floor, the table, or the bathroom cubie door. Common sense.
