The World League of Despots

Tongue in cheek letter to George Bush invites him to join league of despots. Terry Jones, of Monty Python fame, lists all the reasons our president is qualified to become a member of the World League of Despots. The reasons are true and not at all funny, but the invitation is a bit of much needed humor in a depressing world.
